What is this new version of Stealth Seminar?

How can I sign up for this new version?

Even if you have an existing Legacy (OLD) Stealth Seminar account, to try the NEW version of Stealth you will need to sign up for the NEW version. You can do so here: https://stealthseminarapp.com/register

Can I sign up for the NEW version of Stealth using the SAME email address as my existing account?

Yes, you can use the same email address as your existing account to sign up for the new account. The Stealth Seminar team would prefer that you use the same email address.

If I sign up for the new version does that affect my existing Stealth Seminar Account?

In order to ensure you have plenty of time to get your webinars set up on the NEW version of stealth seminar, you have 30 days to try out the NEW version before any payments are required. You will continue to pay for your existing account during this time

We recommend you sign up for the new version immediately and recreate all of your webinars within the 30 day trial period.

Once you are done, submit a request to the Stealth Seminar Team to disable your existing (OLD) account at the time of submitting payment for the NEW account

Submitting payment for the NEW account DOES NOT automatically cancel your existing OLD account. To avoid any additional duplicate costs you MUST inform the Stealth Seminar team when you are completely done with your old account

I already have my webinars set up on the Legacy (old) version of Stealth, do I have to move?

Google Chrome no longer supports Flash on Mobile which has impacted some people's webinar attendance rate.

In light of this information, we are therefore recommending to switch over as soon as possible.

Although the Legacy (OLD) version of Stealth will still remain for the foreseeable future, we do recommend you sign up for the NEW version right away.

We recommend moving everything over during the free 30 day trial period and then canceling your old account so you aren't paying for two Stealth accounts.

When is a good time to transition to the new version of Stealth Seminar?

(1) If you have NOT started running your funnel, it is best to set up your webinars using the NEW version BEFORE starting to run traffic. This is so that you do not have to worry about switching over the URLs used in your FB ads

(2) If you already have your webinar set up AND are currently running FB ads, it is also recommended to transition to using the New version right away, recreate the webinars in the new account AND set up new Facebook Ads with the new landing page URL. You DO need to refresh the whole ad campaign and set it up again. DO NOT just swap out the links in your current ads. Doing this puts you at HUGE risk of killing the performance of your ads.

(3) If you are currently using the DFY Service and are in process of having your funnel set up, the DFY team will guide you through what you need to do to get switched over

What if I have FB ads running, will the transition to the new STEALTH affect my ads?

To make sure you experience the smoothest transition possible, it's best to sign up for the new version of Stealth Seminar right away, recreate the webinars in the new account AND set up new Facebook Ads with the new landing page URL. You DO need to refresh the whole ad campaign and set it up again. DO NOT just swap out the links in your current ads. Doing this puts you at HUGE risk of killing the performance of your ads.

How do I set up my webinars in the NEW version of Stealth Seminar?

What will happen to all of my stats in Stealth Seminar (Legacy) account once I moved to the NEW version?

Once you disable your legacy account, you will no longer have access to any of the webinar stats from your previous account, so make sure you have all your daily stats recorded in your COD FB Ad tracking sheet.

If you need to export the contacts that signed up for your webinar (that is stored in Stealth) you can do so by going to your stats on your existing Event - Select the date range from when you started to present date.

IF I OPT TO MAKE THE SWITCH MYSELF: How do I switch out the links in my email autoresponders once I am set up on the NEW Stealth Seminar Platform?

IF I OPT TO MAKE THE SWITCH MYSELF: Where do I get the NEW COD Registration Page design from?

If you decide to do the set up yourself, you can contact the Stealth Seminar team (using their chat support) inside of your NEW Stealth Account. Let them know you are a COD member and request the NEW COD registration page. The Stealth Seminar team will be able to help you add the new template into your account

Do I still require Leadpages if I move to the NEW Stealth Seminar Platform?

If you used the DFY service, yes you would will still need to keep this as your other funnel pages (e.g application page, thank you page etc) are still on Leadpages - that is where they are originally built.

If you opted to build out your funnel yourself and you did NOT build your other funnel pages (like application page, thank you page etc) on Leadpages then you do not need this application anymore.

If your funnel pages are on Leadpages and you no longer want to keep Leadpages you would need to build these funnel pages on your website BEFORE canceling your Leadpages account. Failure to do this will mean you will lose your funnel pages if you cancel your account before rebuilding your pages elsewhere.

To build the pages, you can opt to do this yourself or hire a web developer to help you. Currently, this is not something 3RDEYE or Clients on Demand can help you with.

When building out these pages, you MUST remember to build them exactly as you have them before with NO main navigation showing up on these pages.

If you are making the switch yourself, or opted OUT of using the 3RDEYE service while you were in COD, please direct your questions to the Stealth Seminar Support Team.
